The Purchaser is a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality purchasing a Voucher from the Issuer.
The Holder is a natural person who will redeem the Gift Voucher at Grand Tatry (use hotel services).
The value of the Voucher is specified in gross amount (nominal value), which corresponds to the value of one stay or a one-time service. The Voucher cannot be divided.
The service covered by the purchased Voucher must begin within the validity period of the Voucher, i.e. the stay must start no later than on the last day of the Voucher’s validity. The Voucher cannot be used after its expiry date.
The Issuer offers value-based Vouchers which the Purchaser may use for hotel services, i.e. accommodation with or without meals.
The validity period of the Voucher is indicated on the Voucher and cannot be extended. Neither the Purchaser nor the Holder is entitled to a refund in case of non-use or expiry of the Voucher.
By receiving the Voucher, the Purchaser declares that they have read these regulations, accept them in full, and undertake to comply with them.
II. PURCHASE AND SETTLEMENT OF THE VOUCHER
The Voucher can be purchased from the Issuer directly or via remote communication means (phone, Internet). The Issuer undertakes to deliver the Voucher to the Purchaser (on-site at the hotel, via Polish Post, or by e-mail) and to accept it for redemption at Grand Tatry, ul. Środkowa 195a, 34-405 Białka Tatrzańska.
The Purchaser undertakes to pay the Voucher in the amount equal to its nominal value in cash, by bank transfer, or by payment card.
The Voucher will be issued after payment has been settled.
In the case of postal delivery, the Issuer covers the shipping costs.
Grand Tatry reserves the right to refuse booking during long weekends, holidays, New Year’s Eve, and other special dates.
The Voucher is personal and therefore cannot be used by anyone other than the Holder of the Voucher.
The Voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction and in full.
III. RULES OF USING THE VOUCHER
The Purchaser or Holder of the Voucher has no claims against the Facility in case of loss (including theft) or destruction of the Voucher.
From the moment the Voucher is delivered to the Purchaser, the Issuer bears no responsibility for lost or damaged Vouchers.
The Purchaser may transfer the Voucher to a third party, who upon receiving the Voucher becomes its Holder.
The Holder of the Voucher is required to book a date to redeem the Voucher at Grand Tatry, ul. Środkowa 195a, 34-405 Białka Tatrzańska, by phone: +48 (18) 26 545 45, by e-mail: recepcja@grandtatry.pl

If the value of the service exceeds the nominal value of the Voucher, the Holder is obliged to pay the difference in cash, by card, or by bank transfer at Grand Tatry.
If the service value is lower than the Voucher’s nominal value, the difference is not refundable or payable.
The Issuer has the right to refuse to redeem the Voucher if:
