Please note that a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to make a reservation. The remaining amount is payable on site at the facility.

Information for those interested in purchasing dinner

In the case of a small number of dinners, the facility reserves the right to serve them only between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. If in doubt, please contact us the day before your arrival at +48 18 26 545 45

The price is available for stays of 3 nights or more.

Important information about your stay:

check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m.
breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (optional)
lunch is available from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (optional, reservation at breakfast)
cleaning and towel replacement are available upon request, no more than every 3 days (please notify the reception desk by 2:00 p.m.)
Payment of the deposit means acceptance of the facility's regulations and GDPR policy
Pets (dogs, cats) are welcome upon prior notification; fee: PLN 40/day (up to 15 kg), PLN 70/day (over 15 kg)
if you wish to receive a VAT invoice, please notify us before paying the deposit (by email or phone)
use of the jacuzzi and sauna is free of charge, but a refundable deposit of PLN 100 is required (forfeited if the reserved date is not used)
children under 16 years of age may use the jacuzzi and swimming pool only under adult supervision
in emergency situations and after 10:00 p.m., please call the emergency number: 880 015 290

In accordance with Article 394 §1 of the Civil Code, the deposit secures the performance of the contract; in the event of cancellation due to the guest's fault, it is not refundable (in accordance with the cancellation policy).
it is possible to change the date of your stay once, no later than 14 days before arrival (with a possible additional charge for the difference in price)
we do not take reservations for specific rooms (e.g., with a selected view or floor)
